Start your workday with a morning yoga flow and breathwork session. Led by a certified yoga instructor and breathwork practitioner to start the day with a natural high from moving together and ancient breathwork practices.
Join a workplace wellness workshop designed specifically for your employees on a topic of your choice including: ergonomic athletics, non-physical benefits of exercise, exercise snacks, treat yo’ self, or another topic of your choosing.
Your employees will be able to sign-up for two private options of service including a chair massage or individual sound meditation.
Finish the day with calming yin yoga and a yoga nidrameditation designed to bring your employees to a state of bliss. Yoga nidra means “yogic sleep” and it is a meditation journey that goes through different layers of your body, relaxes your mind, and changes your brainwave state to get deeper rest than sleep. Stanford Neuroscientist, Andrew Huberman, rebranded his own version of yoga nidra as NSDR, non-sleep deep rest. We use sound instruments to help entrain the brain to get into these deeper states of consciousness faster.
